Location • Machakos with extensive travel to CHAP Uzima implementing sites in Lower Eastern
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Clinical Medicine
• At least 5 years’ clinical and programmatic experience in HIV management
• Must be registered by the Clinical Officers Council
Key responsibilities:
• Planning and implementation of HIV Prevention Care and Treatment and TB services at supported facilities
• Provide on-going supervision and mentorship of TB and HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment Programs • Support mentorship of facility staff
• Participate in quality assurance/quality improvement of TB and HIV programs
• Assist in monitoring and evaluation
• Preparation of work plans and technical reports papers
• Participate in joint supervision of HIV care and treatment TB and HIV services with the county and sub-county health management teams
