Network Analyst Job Responsibilities

• Install new hardware, systems and software for networks
• Assist in configuring workstations hardware and software for network operation
• Install, configuring, maintaining network services, equipment and devices
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference
• Assisting in installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of network infrastructure and application components
• Work with the Security Division to install security programs to prevent unauthorized access to privileged data and information, and oversee and network security
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications for the Network Analyst Job

• A university degree in computer science/Engineering or related field
• Attain CCNA/CCNP/CCNE certification
• Two years relevant experience
• Personal skills and attributes required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
