For appointment to this grade a candidate must be in possession of;

Qualifications for the Accounts Clerk Job

• KCSE with a minimum grade of C- (Minus)
• Have at least CPA Part I
• Knowledge of Quick Books is mandatory
• A certificate of service/recommendation from former employer
• Must be computer literate
• Must be below 35 years

Responsibilities for the Accounts Clerk Job

• Rent collection and update of rent register
• Collecting of revenue and issuing of official receipts
• Compile and update debtor’s lists
• Raising of students invoices as per fees structure
• In charge of imprest control
• Monthly extraction of fee arrears
