    Worker Success Manager

    The Job:

    CloudFactory is a six year old startup that aims to be the AWS of Cloud Labor, connecting 1 million people to meaningful work and developing them into leaders worth following. We believe talent is distributed equally, whereas opportunities aren’t. Hence our Workstream allows clients to spin up a team and start sending them data work in an easy way, thus connecting talent with opportunities.

    We have a big hairy audacious goal to connect 1 million people to meaningful work. We care deeply about our culture and invest time in making sure it’s healthy. Worker Success is the guardian of our workforce’s culture. They are in charge of continuously investing in the next generation of leaders, leaders who are strong in character, competency and care about giving back to their community. In addition to local responsibilities, you will be coordinating with the global Worker Success and PeopleOps teams to ensure there is alignment across the board while maintaining ground realities relevant to the origin country.

    The Fit:

    You MUST be passionate about people and love connecting with people, to the extent that you see meaning in your role when a worker has a personal or professional win, no matter how small. You need to be able to take the bull by the horns and not afraid to get your hands a little dirty from time to time. You will need to be a curious type, who doesn’t let things wait. You need to be able to push the ball forward while maintaining alignment with the leadership in the other countries working within the global Worker Success team. We must see that you will be the type of person who is passionate about connecting with people and using technology to do your work faster and more efficiently.

    The Experience:

    You will need 2 to 4 years of experience leading a large group of people and working with people from multiple backgrounds and cultures. Being able to work on a tactical level in [your country] while maintaining a global outlook. Content creation experience, management experience and experience in a high-growth tech company experience are a plus.
