    Site Manager

    An exciting career opportunity has arisen in our Supply Chain Operations as outlined below. We invite applicants who are performance driven, with excellent transferable skills and a demonstrable track record of achievement in past roles to apply.

    Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Solutions: Kenya, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas:-

    • Manage operations by ensuring activities and projects are smoothly implemented and timely executed as per clients’ request/KPIs, Bollore SOP, and target budgets.
    • Serve as the point of contact for the client on all contractual/commercial matters.
    • Liaise with relevant contractors/departments to ensure Legal, Security and QHSE controls are always in place to minimize risk. Implement and embed industry best practices.
    • Develop and execute cost saving strategies that achieve improved financial performance.
    • Manage operations PNL.
    • Achieve monthly and annual budget and OR targets. Ensure client accounts are timely and accurately invoiced and any outstanding amounts are collected on time.
    • Ensure the required SOP’s are up to date and implemented across operations.
    • Ensure all operations and activities are conducted as per the Bollore Code of Business Conduct, Compliance, and Controls Standards and to ensure satisfactory rating is achieved in all internal, external and client-based audits.
    • Plan and manage operations resources by reviewing daily/weekly production plan from the client.
    • Conduct KPI meetings with client to identify issues, new requirements, pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
    • Prepare agreed and defined periodic reports and submit to management
    • Analyze and monitor operations KPIs and reporting and drive continuous improvement action plans monthly that will be shared with client
    • Analyze operations problems and recommend sustainable solutions.
    • Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance
    • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with both the client and internally about contractual issues.
    • Manage, appraise and motivate the direct reports

    The applicant should possess the following qualifications:-

    • 5 years ‘experience in supply chain or logistics
    • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal relations
    • Good team leadership
