Job description

Preferrably a Lady with:

Ability to Create Convenient Innovative Design Systems for Interior Fittings.

Ability to Generate Interior Designs and develop ideas for a real estate developers that focuses on commercial & residential projects.
- Receiving briefs from clients.
- Inspecting and surveying a site.
- Researching and drawing up plans.
- Developing detailed designs and drawings for projects.
- Presenting designs to client for feedback.
- Sending designs to manufacturers for production purposes.
- Briefing the procurement department on the details of orders confirmed.
Computer Skills:
- ADEKO SOFTWARE 17
- PCON PLANNER – Office Furniture 3D.
- ARCHKITCHEN – Kitchen 3D.
- ARTICAD
- SKETCHUP
- ATLANTIS
- COREL DRAW- for Graphic Design Presentations.
- COREL PHOTO & ADOBE PHOTO SHOP - for Graphic Design Editing.
- AUTOCAD - for Detailed & Production Drawings. ****VERY IMPORTNAT - ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Microsoft Windows®, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint®, and Microsoft Works among others.
