    Main Purpose:
    • Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items
    • He leads a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in, and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed
    • Secure and monitor stock levels at the warehouse and know when to replenish stock.
    • Warehouse managers are focused on time, making sure every item of stock gets to its destination on time, and that there are no shortages on shelves.
    • Supervise by assigning work and giving instructions to direct reports
    • Work cooperatively with all production supervisors and customer service/sales personnel
    Main Responsibilities / Key Result Areas

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure safe and accurate inventory control that ensure traceability of all items, their history etc.
    • Ensure all inventory transactions recorded in the ERP accurately and in a timely manner
    • Ensure sub-standard and inaccurate product information is accurately documented and recorded and ensure corrective action is followed through to completion
    • Process receipt of goods & services (GRN) through the system and prepare the appropriate documents that are accurate and complete before forwarding to the next department
    • Process issues of item such as raw materials, finished goods, spares, tooling, consumables as per the requests via requisition
    General & Administrative Duties
    • To action any orders in a quick and efficient manner to ensure the delivery of world class, best practice receipt and delivery of product to the client.
    • Ensure all data entry and inventory transactions are 100% accurate and all data is input as it is presented. All data input must be completed daily.
    • All orders are processed accurately and efficiently and all statistical data is captured.
    • Recommend improvement, regularly review and update administration procedures to maintain best practice.
    • Ensure that inventory supplies are at the right level.
    • Maintain administration duties daily so that there is no backlog of work.
    • Ensure the office work area is kept clean and tidy.
    • Maintain and manage accurate statistical information for end of month reporting purposes.
    • Ensure a back-up person can efficiently and effectively take over duties in the warehouse in case of the supervisor’s absence.
    • Ensure all communication is professional and helpful to ensure timely transport availability from our fleet or third party transporters
    • Solve or escalate any problems or issues that arise and ensure the client’s needs are met.
    • Ensure that the customer needs and requests are actioned to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
    Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA and or MBA a plus
    • Ten or more years as a warehouse administrator or supervisor
    • Exhibit the continuing desire for personnel growth, development of leadership and managerial abilities; good communication skills
    Language Skills:
    • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos
    • Ability to effectively communicate with other employees of the organization
    Reasoning Ability:
    • Employee must have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
    • The supervisor must have the ability to prioritize effectively in scheduling work through the department
    Other Skills and Abilities:
    • Ability to supervise and train employees
    • Continuous improvement experience such as, lean manufacturing
    • Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate excel, PowerPoint, MS word etc
    • The employee must have a high tolerance for stress and pressure.
