Job Description

Twiga Foods Limited is looking to hire an Human Resource assistant intern on a paid internship basis with possibility of confirmation after expiry of internship subject to the individual’s performance.

Qualifications

• The applicant should be a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
• Applicant should demonstrate a solid understanding of HR practices and policies.
• Applicants who have between 1-2 years’ experience working in organizations with more than 50 members of staff are strongly advised to apply.
• The applicant should understand Microsoft office suite, be able to take meeting minutes as well as write simple reports.
• The applicant should be well adaptable to field work as his/ her role involves a lot of movement within Nairobi and its environs.
• The applicant should be able to work under minimum supervision, have high level of integrity, good communication skills and work well with a large team.
• Applicant should be available to start immediately.
