    Full-Stack Developer

     
    Job Description
     
    You will be part of a team that is tasked with the continued development and improvement of the existing platform, and development of new tools and features. The technical scope of the projects is broad and calls for technical expertise across a range of problem domains.
     
    Qualifications
    • Detail oriented – you are a proven developer who values clean and efficient code
    • Communicator – excellent ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast paced environment
    • Translator – ability to work with internal and external customers and translate functional requirements into technical design
    • Results-based – highly skilled developer with a proven track record driving projects to completion
    Requirements
    • Minimum 5years experience as a developer
    • Creative and flexible, proficiency in agile development process
    • Proactive self-starter good at working in a small, distributed team
    • Comfortable with ambiguity
    • Experience building scalable web-based applications on cloud-platforms
    • Conversant with the latest tools, languages, and frameworks
    Specific skills
    • Python
    • Django
    • Javascript + Node JS
    • Postgres and other relational DBs
    • NoSql Mongo, Couch
    • Mobile first, offline apps
    • Front-end code like jQuery, Angular, CSS
    • AWS
    • Android is a plus
    • Experience with machine learning is a plus
