    General Manager

     

    We are looking for a high-performing General Manager – Kenya to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by developing, managing, and leading initiatives to improve the customer success process.

    Your goal is to deeply penetrate the healthcare market with our unique and innovative solutions.

    Here’s what an ordinary day looks like:

    • Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
    • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
    • Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans
    • Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
    • Completing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
    • Maintaining sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
    • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

    You’re going to need this to carry out this job:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a science school, MBA is a plus
    • 5+ years’ sales experience in the healthcare segment in Kenya.
    • Worked in the field force with proven track record in building KOLs and segmentation and targeting.
    • Successfully managed Sales teams with experience in sales coverage models and quota setting
    • Demonstrated analytical abilities and problem solving skills
