Who do we represent?

An innovative, continuously expanding agricultural business with recent private equity investment. They require a Financial Controller to join their team and support them in the continual growth across the region.

As the Financial Controller you will:

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis of the companies multiple production and packaging sites across Kenya, as well as the Group Financial accounting.
• Complete financial modelling, streamlining the company’s processes to improve their financial situation and contribute to their successful expansion.
• Carry out targeted reporting and scenario planning.
• Report directly into the Finance Director.
• Lead and motivate a team across financial planning, analysis and accounting.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 3+ years’ experience in a financial role.
• Be a Chartered Accountant.
• Have monitored the finance of multiple locations.
• Big 4 experience preferable.
