Job Summary
Qualification Level: minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or in related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
Experience Level: Entry-level position
Length: 6 months starting before May with possibility of extension
Purpose: Develop process for adding new schools to the EIDU program (incl. a lot of field work in slums)
Description
EIDU is currently looking to expand its current program to more schools in Nairobi. We are looking for pro-active, smart, and observant university graduates to help us develop a reliable process to identify, convince, onboard, and engage new schools and their head teachers. This will include convincing and onboarding head teachers yourself to figure out what works and what doesn’t.
