Reporting to the Deputy Director, Human Resource and Administration

Job Responsibilities

• Implementing property management strategies, policies and plans;
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Coordinating maintenance and letting of premises;
• Assisting administration in updating Lease Agreements;
• Assisting in undertaking regular inspection of the premises; and
• Facilitating office occupation and vacation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Building/Land Economics, Construction Management or equivalent from a recognized university;
• Registered with relevant professional Body;
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution;
• Proficiency in ICT;
