Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing corporate accounts
• Prospect for new corporate contracted business
• Develop profitable relationships with portfolio of travel trade suppliers to secure long-term business e.g. TMC Partners
• Apply sales & marketing techniques to generate customer loyalty
• Negotiate rates and conditions to secure profitable business flows
• Gather and disseminate market intelligence to assure KQ's competitive position
• Organize promotional activity with appropriate organization for incremental business
• Build and maintain good relationships with JV colleagues at AF/KL to leverage the strength of the Joint Venture

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• 'O' levels or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing
• Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel
• Convincing communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Clean Driving License
