    Business Systems Administrator

    Job Description

    Reporting to the ICT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordination of support services to the organization, and delivery of quality services to internal and external customers. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Ensuring hardware and software is relevant and productive, while ensuring compliance with licensing.
    • Providing technical input and other reports to the management.
    • Benchmarking current solutions to market trends.
    • Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to support SLA.
    • Evaluating user needs and changing business requirements.
    • Liaise with supervisor on issues related to the ICT service support operations.
    • Database management and ensuring business continuity.
    • ICT asset management.
    • Supporting both the internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and risk management.
    • Appraising, supporting and identifying of ICT training and developmental needs of staff.

    Qualifications /Competencies/ Experience

    The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies: 

    • Bachelor of Computer Science degree, ICT, or related fields;
    • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a dynamic business entity
    • MCSE/MCSP or CCNA/CCNP certified
    • Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tools
    • Experience in ERP implementation and Database Management
    • Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice
    • Must demonstrate ability to work independently and be a team player.
    • Must demonstrate ability to multitask.
