Programme Coordinator at Association for Aid and Relief Japan (AAR Japan)

Job description:

• Manage and Coordinate the projects in Kakuma
• Report to Embassy of Foreign Affairs which is main donor
• Write and report the mid-term and final report of the projects in Japanese
• Manage and supervise the budget of the projects
• Administrative jobs, such as evaluation of employees
• Draft and finalize the proposal of new projects
• Any other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications Required:

• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Master’s or higher degree in relevant field
• Should be self-driven and motivated.
• Knowledge of Ms Office.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Good management skills.
• Should have good communication and report writing skills.
• Experience Required: 3 years experience in project management

Note: Fluent Japanese writing/speaking skill is mandatory as all the positions require oral communications and reporting in Japanese
