Banking IT & Operations at INTRASOFT International

Job description

We are looking for an inspired IT & Operations Supervisor who will support INTRASOFT International’s Data Center in Kenya running PROFITS® which is a modern, On-line, Real-time, customer-oriented integrated CORE Banking System that was designed and developed using CA Gen CASE TOOL of Computer Associates.

You will

• Be responsible for the supervision of system operation, configuration, and monitoring
• Monitor the system process execution
• Engage in the supervision of help-desk service request implementation to several financial institutions operating on a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
• Provide customer with invoicing information
• Assist in Sales efforts

You have

• Degree in Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
• Experience in IT and/or Operations support
• Experience in Resource Management
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

You may have (one or more)

• Familiar with Project Management responsibilities
• Knowledge of IT Systems
• Experience in Configuration management
• Requirements communication, planning & management, analysis and documentation, implementation and testing
