- An Experienced and Mature Electrical Engineer, who can handle Estimates & Tenders.
- Should have the ability to verify tender documents such as Quotations, Drawings, Specifications, B.O.Q., and other Bid Documents.
- Should have knowledge of local rates for basic materials, local taxes, labor estimates, insurances, other statutory levies etc.
- Should have Knowledge of Building Electrical Projects, e.g., Hospitality Projects, Housing Projects and Commercial Projects.
- Should have knowledge of all activities related to pre-bid process, e.g., Site investigation, pre-bid meetings and establishing business intelligence to know the competitors and decision makers at bidding stage of the projects.
- Should have knowledge of Occupational, Health and Safety regulations and Environment Health & Safety regulations.
- In depth knowledge of International design standards and codes for Electrical Engineering.
- Should have basic knowledge of Low Voltage Systems.
- Can create Sales and Revenue Budget reports the Senior Management.
- Can create mechanism to track Tender progress on daily basis.
- Should have ability to analyze success rate of awarded projects and reason for lost business in order to fine-tune the bidding process.
- Should have knowledge from the techno- commercial aspects of the project for tendering and bidding.
- Well versed in technical specification and working patterns.
