Job description
Job Purpose:
Serve as the Finance Co-pilot, partnering with the Market Director and Sales team, providing financial leadership and decision support to achieve profitable growth; responsible for governance of distributor relationship, trade spend, NQCs, revenue recognition; delivers customer profitability reporting and drives creation of robust channel and customer targets for IMS, NS and profitability; establishes control environment for Sales Controllable costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning, analysis and presentations to the Market Director and Sales leaders of budgets, forecasts, long range plans and monthly performance reports. Own the OP/RP/stretch plans from IMS to NS, developing the targets by customer and distributor, where relevant.
Provide robust analysis through:
In-depth analysis of NSV, controllable contribution and GMAC performance, with implications risks and opportunities clearly articulated. Clearly articulate drivers of volume, price and mix trends within channels and key customers.
