Job Description

• Formulating and implementing innovative marketing strategies in order to grow the market share of the company.
• Coordinating the marketing activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of service.
• Coordinating the marketing budget for the company to ensure the allocation of sufficient funds for successful implementation of the marketing strategies.
• Monitor and control the utilization of the marketing budget in order to support efficiency in the management of costs.
• Develop and implement marketing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the development of marketing plans to ensure the successful implementation of the marketing strategies.
• Initiate and nurture relationships with the Company’s stakeholders to ensure growth of the Company.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities to create synergies between marketing and sales.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of the social media strategies to create an online presence of the products.
• Monitor customer engagement in the social media platforms.
• Coordinate surveys as well as market intelligence and feedback to ensure timely availability of information critical for the development of respective marketing strategies.
• Review and submit reports on the implementation of the marketing strategies and work plans to ensure performance of the department is monitored in a timely manner.
• Oversee preparation for new product launches to meet set targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing or a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
• Must have 5 years working experience in a relevant field from a reputable organization.
• Must have experience in developing and implementing business development strategy.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing legislations.
• Must have sound knowledge of various marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge in press release preparation, newsletters, emails and Internet marketing.
