    Bureau Supervisor

    Job Description

    JOB PURPOSE:

    Manage the daily operations of the bureau

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that the bureau is opened in time and maintain a high level of cleanliness from time to time and well maintained.
    • Oversee the coordinated service delivery by all staff of the team before the client receive the job
    • Ensure that a high level of customer service on the counter and feedback is maintained all times
    • Maintain on –time service delivery to customers at all times before the deadlines
    • Ensure that the bureau consistently produces quality products by implementing appropriate quality control thus ensuring the work is done to perfection
    • Creating awareness of all the company’s products to new and existing customers all times
    • Receiving and orienting all new staff into the bureau then training them on due course
    • Ensuring that all employees do quality jobs assigned to them before delivering to clients
    • Stock management in the bureau and stock taking on daily basis so as to meet anticipated customer demands, therefore avoiding any form of delays in production · Monitoring the daily sales and submitting a financial report at the end of each day.
    • Any other duty may be assigned from time to time by the Director

    Competences:

    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to maintain a high level confidentiality
    • High professional ethical standards in a diverse work place
