    Customer Care Intern

    Job description

    BioLite Holdings Kenya Limited is hiring Customer Care intern for a 4-months internship opportunity.

    HOURS: Approximately 40 hrs per week from now until end of January

    REPORTS TO: Customer Care Lead

    START DATE: ASAP

    Job Description

    Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Track customer satisfaction through conducting customer usage & satisfaction (CUS) surveys via Phone and Echo-mobile platform).
    • Prepare monthly product reports by analysing customer feedback.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Escalate issues or concerns to the right person or group for resolution.
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Answer inbound calls from customers to answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems.
    • Database maintenance- Ensure customer databases are up to date.
    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure after-sales issues are solved within the time limits.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications for customer care internship

    • Diploma in public relations, business administration or any other related field.
    • Team player with ability to work with minimum supervision
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent customer care skills and telephone skills.
    • Willing to go an extra mile to serve the customer.
    • Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
    • A Team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ambitious, hardworking and creative.
    • Results oriented
