    Digital Marketer

    The main task will be to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s) and manage the redesign of the company website whenever required
    • Optimize our website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
    • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
    • Write and optimize content for our website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
    • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
    • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
    • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
    • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of our website(s)
    • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
    • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
    • Manage and write copy for email marketing campaigns
    • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

    Job Qualification

    • Bachelor/ Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or IT
    • 1-2 Years’ experience in Digital Marketing
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
    • Excellent networking and prospecting skills
    • Strong social media Account Management skills
