Senior Finance Coordinator / Manager / Chief Accountant at Tropical Heat

Job Description

• Management of finance team
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Preparing branch accounts and management
• Preparing cash flow statement
• Working capital management
• Oversee credit control
• Inventory reports and reconciliations
• Review of bill of material on a regular basis
• Costing and pricing
• To reconcile and submit monthly statutory returns i.e. PAYE, VAT, W/Tax, W/Vat, etc.
• To handle annual audits
• To ensure van sales reconciliations are done on a daily basis.
• To supervise the invoicing team to ensure all invoices are prepared accurately and timely.
• To co-ordinate with the procurement team on the daily inventory postings and update of the cost price.
• Any other duties allocated by the supervisor or director.
