Must have KCSE/KCE certificate with a mean grade of C- (Minus).
Must be holder of CPA part 2, Section III & IV OR Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent from Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) and must be computer literate.
He/she should have at least three (3) years in accountancy experience in a busy public office or a learning institution OR at least three (3) years in grade 5.
