Food Technology Assistant at Bukura Agricultural College

The College seeks to recruit results driven and highly motivated individuals to fill the following position;

This position is responsible for the production and processing of milk at the College dairy processing plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist in the general maintenance of the equipment in the processing plant.
• Assist with the preparation, distribution and storage of resources and materials.
• Assist with the upkeep of both stock and equipment records within the processing plant.
• Inform the plant manager of any health and safety implications as and when they arise.
• Assist with the preparation of ingredients.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the processing plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any of the following disciplines: – Applied Sciences (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Biology), Food Science and Technology, Dairy Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certificate of good conduct and EACC;
• Computer Literacy;
