Client Service Representative at MediaX Africa

As a Client Service associate, you will be a key role in the MediaX team. You will be directly responsible in building and maintaining good relationships between our partners, clients and our company. You will be liaising with the digital team, media owners/ publishers and clients across various marketing/advertising disciplines

• Pre-sales
  • Working across the team to create leads
  • Leads to opportunities conversion through a series of marketing activities sponsored by the company
  • Preparation of pitching materials
  • Attending pitches and closing sales
• Post sales
  • Upsell – Ensuring that our clients’ life time value numbers are achieved.
  • Client day to day engagement – Day to day integration with clients to ensure that customer happiness levels are achieved
  • Working with the projects teams to ensure that services are delivered as per client needs
  • Constant communications with clients
  • Billing & invoicing – Following up to ensure cash in bank for each of your assigned clients
  • Partner enablement– Working with our network of agents and partners to ensure they delivery revenue for the business (Media owners, research firms, media monitoring firms, sales agents etc.)

What we are looking for:

• A Degree/Diploma in media studies/marketing/Advertising/BBIT/Management
• Experience in an agency may prove to provide an added advantage
• 2 years of experience handling clients directly
• Passion & a hunger to learn.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the tactical execution of our partnerships, ensuring that we are optimizing and keeping parties accountable in fulfilling their stated responsibilities
• Responsible for managing existing client accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.(Life time value)
• Work on several projects at the same time ;
• Produce briefs for media owners and publishers
• Reporting to clients in a timely fashion
• Responsible for managing the client account handling process and ensuring that our client's quality reputation is upheld through a high standard of service.
• Responsible for sales support activities such as: client breakfasts, product demonstrations, launches, customer visits and meetings.
• Identify opportunities and drive incremental revenue from your assigned accounts
• Involvement in lead generation & pitches to uncover new revenue opportunities for the business
