    Audit Officer

    Job Description

    • Inspection and compliance of environmental EIA/EA regulation
    • Liaising with NEMA on environmental matters
    • Coordinating County Environment Committee activities
    • Coordinating implementation of EIA and EA process in county projects
    • Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • Be a Kenyan citizen
    • Environmental studies/Science/Engineering/Planning and Management/Education/ Natural resource Management and any other relevant discipline
    • EIA expert registered with NEMA
    • Member of EIK
    • Experience on EIA process
    • Certificate in Computer application skills from a recognized institution
    • Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
