Manager to be the principle in-charge of repairs and maintenance of all the Farms site’s agricultural machinery and equipment such as field tractors, trolley sprayers, boom sprayers, rotavators, shredders and other such equipment for farm operations.

You MUST have/be;

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Maintenance / Technical
• 5+ years in proven, hands-on automotive maintenance
• Fluency in English
• Some electrical experience, (fitting motors and irrigation implements)
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Able to question and verify reasons for breakdowns
• Capable of managing parts inventories and maintaining Workshop stores
• Willingness to live on a remote, horticultural farm environment
• Physically fit
