Accountant at a Leading Cleaning Service Provider

Position: Experienced Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using QuickBooks and a strong background in tax returns and financial bookkeeping. 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software.
2. Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
4. Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.
6. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
7. Create budgets and monitor any variances from set budget.
8. Payroll functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course.
• CPA K or ACCA Qualified
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
