Marketing And Public Relations Specialist at Nairobi Bariatric Center

Responsibilities:

• Attend to and help follow-up with patients to provide a seamless and pleasant experience at our clinic
• Respond to online enquiries through email and social media, and maintain an online photo portfolio of past patients with quarterly follow-up calls or emails
• Assist in producing materials of visual impact and within the brand guidelines, including website and social media content, press releases and blogs
• Collaborate with key stakeholders during product campaign.
• Organize and oversee advertising campaigns through social media, exhibitions, promotional events and main stream media.
• Liaison with media and publishers as necessary to drive the Company’s communication agenda
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness competition and to measure success of recent campaigns.
• Where appropriate, attend key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups.
• Ensure client satisfaction

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline from a recognized institution
• Master’s degree in communication or related field is an added advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required
• Proficiency in MS Office and Marketing software
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Good understanding of market research techniques.
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
• Content creation and digital marketing skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with numbers.
