Quality Assurance Supervisor - Berries / Soft Fruit at AAA Growers

Reporting to the Soft Fruit Manager, your responsibility is to ensure that the berries are produced according to the internationally accepted standards of Total Quality Management Systems, and to ensure that the production process carries on without interruptions on a day to day basis, gearing towards maximum consumer satisfaction for all the products in terms of the safety, quality and legality.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent people management skills and the ability to drive the team
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibly, where necessary
• Possess good analytical skills
• Able to work 6 full days per week
