    Branch Manager (Small Branch)

    Managerial / Supervisory/ Operational Responsibilities or roles:

    • Oversee operations of the branch through ensuring that KIM members and clients get timely and quality services for customer satisfaction.
    • Responsible for planning and implementing  branch strategies, recruitment of students to institute’s School of Management  and certification courses and other programs to be able meet the targets in terms of students’ number and fee collections
    • Promote and offer the institutes Services through marketing campaigns for   membership development and leadership development.
    • Handle customer all inquiries on the institute services and communicate customer needs to the relevant department /Office.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on progress achieved and challenges encountered and financial reports covering all the activities of the branch.
    • Be in charge of all the resources in the branch including finances and assets to ensure proper utilization.
    • Represent the branch at the management level and vice versa to report on the progress of the branch on achievements.
    • Actively seek to convert leads generated into clients through constant follow up.
    • Implement management decisions and institutes policies at the branch level to ensure consistency in service delivery.
    • Manage the branch staff welfare to ensure staff motivation and inclusivity.
    • Recruit new members to KIM through processing applications and forwarding to the membership.

    Qualifications

    Minimum level of academic qualification, skills and knowledge required to perform effectively in the role:

    • Master’s Degree in  Education or any other related field
    • Minimum level of personal and professional experience required to perform effectively in the role:
    • Diploma from Kenya Institute of Management
    • Minimum months or years of experience required to have to be appointed to the position :
    • Five (5) years of relevant experience, with 3 years in teaching and 2 years in management.
