Salary up to 3,041,636 Kshs per annum (incl. 13th month salary)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Technical Officer to join the CMNH team, with the role based in Kilifi county, primarily overseeing implementation in Kilifi and Taita Taveta. The main scope of this role is to support the implementation of the CMNH-LSTM’s programme work plan in Kenya which will require you to support engagement with relevant stakeholders to work towards developing a framework and mechanism to sustain programme interventions.

The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and have a good understanding of strategies and policies for maternal, newborn and child health services with the ability to write high quality technical reports and contribute to the development of project proposals. You must have successful work experience in Kenya at national and county level with evidence of high-quality assessment standards. Clinical field experience in maternal and newborn health in Kenya undertaking duties such as the organisation of maternity services is also essential to the role. Regular travel to supported counties will be required in the role.
