Delivery Assistant at Imperial Logistics

Job Function:

To deliver and collection of consignments as directed.

Key performance areas:

Quality Assurance

• Implement SOPs impacting on deliveries
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records
• Assigned Vehicle compliance with local regulatory requirements

Operations Management:

• Deliver consignments as directed
• Offload consignments at destination
• Complete POD for all deliveries
• Pick up consignments as directed
• Maintain vehicles as per manufacture’s specifications
• Generate vehicle and delivery activity reports

Maintenance of Environmental Management System:

• Participate in the implementation of departmental and site EMS objectives

Qualifications required:

• Form four education or equivalent
• Clean driving license

Skills and experience required:

• Local Delivery experience
• Analytical skills, attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication and computer skills
