QUALIFICATION

1. Degree in relevant field. A degree in education, educational leadership, or educational administration is an added advantage
2. At least 10 years teaching experience at an institution of higher learning with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
3. Demonstrate continuing professional development
4. Sound knowledge and understanding of best practice locally and internationally in regards to Curriculum Development, teaching, learning, assessment and quality improvement
5. Successful and motivational leadership, with an inclusive leadership style, and with experience of leading change
6. Extensive knowledge and experience of education, higher Education and the issues and challenges facing the sector

Key Competencies

1. Demonstrated people leadership and management skills
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and partnership building skills for working in a complex multistakeholder environment
3. Ability and experience of developing and leading significant institutional change
4. Excellent judgement with the ability to balance risks and opportunities

TRANSPORT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 2 years of experience as in a similar position and preferably in a busy company
2. Computer and IT knowledge
3. Diploma in Transport and logistics, procurement or any other equivalent will be an added advantage
4. Great analytical skills
5. Great problem -solving skills
6. Should be flexible and reliable
7. Should have a valid driving license
