    Accounting Coordinator


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Master's degree or CPA K certification is a plus).
    • Proven experience as an accountant or accounting coordinator, preferably in a diverse business group environment.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
    • Knowledge of relevant accounting software and ERP systems.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.


    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
    • 2. Experience in coordinating accounting activities across multiple business areas such as real estate, pharmaceuticals, and commodity trading.
    • 3. Hands-on experience with financial statements, general ledger functions, and month-end/year-end close processes.
    • 4. Experience in financial analysis, budget preparation, and variance analysis.
    • 5. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
    • 6. Experience in liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.


    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex accounting issues.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Education and Training:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification such as CPA K (Certified Public Accountant K) is a plus.
    • Training in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
