QA Tester - JIRA/Bugzilla
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Diploma
- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field ICT / Computer
- Collaborate with the QA team to understand testing objectives and contribute to the creation of test plans and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated tests, report defects, and ensure that they are addressed by the development team.
- Assist in the identification, documentation, and tracking of software defects using issue tracking tools.
- Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform regression testing, functional testing, and other types of testing as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and suggest enhancements.
- Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
