    Accounts Clerk

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualifications
    • Must possess a minimum of CPA2
    • Experience with financial planning software
    • Must have experience of 2 years as a minimum requirement
    • Honest and of high integrity

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support accounts receivables, accounts payables and reconciliations
    • Book keeping and general accounting
    • Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
    • Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately
    • Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
    • Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software
    • Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
    • Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
    • Perform clerical work and other office duties as directed by the supervisor
