    Accounts Manager (iPos)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a clean and updated database of customer base as well as potential leads, support in maintaining a pipeline of customers
    • Forecasts and track client account metrics, keep records of client account status and performances
    • Support in verifying customer support activities, and report about successful/unsuccessful follow up
    • Collect and analyse data concerning consumer behavior to understand patterns and changing needs; analyse customer trends on regular basis and report as need be.
    • Develop a meaningful reporting templates, update it and ensure efficient reporting
    • Communicate with the team and handle/resolve client complaints, concerns, and feedback
    • Communicate with clients directly to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed, acting as the client’s representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer

    • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers, handle key accounts (organic users), develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
    • Support in building mechanisms to make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
    • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests, coordinate with staff members ensure consistent service
    • Support in building, training and manage a dedicated Customer Care department, ensure proper training, follow up of customer care and customer handling protocols, and oversee (manage) Call management

    Software Activities

    • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
    • Collaborate with expansion to set up SOPs for partner’s training
    • Onboarding new trainers
    • Support in identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
    • Accurate and Timely Submission of Reports.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with Innovation Lead and other iProcure staff to implement new initiatives, align with business practices and insure continuous improvement;
    • Perform other related duties as required.
    • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

    Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years working experience leading a team.
    • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
    • Account Management Experience, Client-Focused Solutions Experience, Project Management Skills, Ability to Communicate Client Needs with Staff, Talent for Influencing Client Management, Ability to Manage
    • Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously, Negotiation Skills, Listening Skills, Communication
    • Skills, Working knowledge of Customer Service Software, databases and tools, Time Management Skills
