Accounts Receivable Accountant at Smoothtel

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our incoming payments, ensuring our receivables are up to date, and supporting our finance operations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile receivable accounts and process incoming payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client queries.
• Generate regular aging and collection reports for management.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.

What you'll need:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
