Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoices to customers.
• Maintain an up-to-date billing system.
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; such experience in a clearing and forwarding company is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online or commonly used accounting ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

**Previous work experience in a clearing & forwarding company will be an added advantage.
