As an Advanced Excel & Power BI Expert at Hessons Consulting Group, you will be responsible for developing, automating, and optimizing data-driven reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics, with experience working in an ERP environment. You will play a crucial role in integrating data solutions, ensuring accuracy, and driving efficiency through automation and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and automate data-driven reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Utilize Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and Macros to optimize data processing.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate business insights.
• Integrate Power BI with ERP systems and other databases.
• Provide data visualization, analytics, and automation support to teams.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Advanced Excel & Power BI.
• Microsoft Certification in Excel, Power BI, or a relevant field.
• Experience working in an ERP environment.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and automation.
• Proven ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
