After Sales Receiving Officer at Kilimall

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify returned goods from courier partners.
• Conduct basic quality checks (item match, condition,completeness)
• Update return records in the system and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate handover to the After Sales Team.
• Maintain daily reports and an organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience in warehouse/logistics/e-commerce (preferred).
• Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse or e-commerce systems is a plus
