Air Conditioning Technical Manager at Samsung Electronics

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To increase Samsung SAC footprint in the region through SAC engineering activities in SAC Design systems (AutoCAD Drawings in addition to SAC Business Opportunities (Pipeline Project) Sourcing and Management and Technical Support (Commissioning, Installation Audit and Problem Solving)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering Qualifications with proven experience in working with (SAC Customers, Installers / Mechanical Consultants / Architects) to increase market coverage.
• Knowledge of Variable Refrigerant systems is critical.
• Business development skills are required.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience

CLIENTS

• Internal: Account Management
• External: Samsung Customers

KPI / MAJOR TASKS (Max 4)

• SAC Business proposal creation for projects
• SAC Systems design work (AutoCAD Drawings) and accurately Design SAC Systems (DVMS – Variable refrigerant system)
• Sourcing of new business opportunities
• Equipment line up documentation and spec list preparations
• CAC/VRF troubleshooting
• Support SAC Design training to consulting firms
• Basic knowledge of sizing and operation of Air Handling Units and Chiller Systems

Other Key Activities

• BOs registration to SFDC Portal
• SAC Commissioning field work
• Build working relationships with clients and respective business channels
• Sourcing of market intelligence

REQUIRED SKILL & COMPETENCIES 

Technical:

• Strong M/S office
• Technical understanding of System air-conditioning
• Over 10 years’ experience in Variable Refrigerant SAC systems
