Open-Source Database Engineer
- Job Type Remote
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Responsibilities
- Workload analysis, Database Infrastructure Setup, Configuration, upgrading/patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Developing automation scripts for database infrastructure and implementing standard methodologies for DR and Backups.
Qualifications

Must-have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong technical background with over 5 years of working experience
- Cassandra
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Experience supplying Go Programming Language in open-source projects under HashiCorp,
Nice to have
- SQL
