    Artisans Grade, KIP 12

    VACANCY No. KIP/ARTN 12/2025:

    For appointment to this grade, an Officer MUST have:

    • The Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D+ (Plus) or its equivalent qualification.
    • National Trade Test III/II/I Certificate in any of the following areas of specialization: Carpentry and Joinery, Turning and Fitting, Plumbing, Welding and Fabricating, Electrical or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
    • Proficiency in computer applications.
    • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • The officer will work under the supervision of a senior officer in line with the area of specialization (Carpentry and Joinery, Turning and Fitting, Plumbing, Welding and Fabricating, and Electrical).

    Method of Application

Please note that successful candidates will be required to provide clearances from Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission, Kenya Revenue Authority, Directorate of Criminal Investigation (Certificate of good Conduct), Credit Reference Bureau and Higher Education Loans Board.

    The candidate will be required to produce originals of their Birth Certificate, National Identity Cards, Academic and Professional Certificates and Transcripts during the Interview.
