Assistant Accountant at NID Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Process and verify invoices, receipts and payment documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Support bank, supplier and branch reconciliations.
• Assist in monitoring COD collections and related reconciliations.
• Prepare financial schedules and routine reports.
• Support expense tracking and budget monitoring.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure financial transactions are properly supported and recorded.

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related field. CPA Section 3 or above.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience.
• Experience working in a logistics company is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial records.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality. Good analytical and organizational skills.
