Assistant Director of Co-operative Development at Mombasa County Public Service Board

Requirements for Appointment to this grade, an officer must;
 

• Must have served in the co-operative department for at least 10 years with 3 years as a Co-operative officer in Mombasa County
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Sociology, Co-operative Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management and Organizational Development, Finance from a university recognized in Kenya;
• Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines will be an added advantage: – Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Co-operative Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management and Organizational Development, Finance from a university recognized in Kenya;
• Demonstrate administrative ability and a high degree of professional competence in planning, conducting and supervising cooperative work.
