Assistant Office Administrator III at Kisiwa Technical Institute

Requirements for appointment

• Served in the grade of Assistant Office Administrator III or any other relevant andcomparable position in the Public Service or in a reputable private sector organizationfor a minimum period of three (3) years;
• Higher Diploma/Diploma in Secretarial studies from the Kenya National ExaminationsCouncil;

OR

• Business Education Single and Group Certificates (BES & GC) from the Kenyanational Examinations Council in the following subjects: -
  • Shorthand III (Minimum 100w.p.m)
  • Typewriting III (minimum 50 w.p.m),/Computerized DocumentProcessing III;
  • Business English III/Office Administration and Management III;
  • Business English III/Communication II;
  • Secretarial Duties II,
  • Office Practice II;
  • Commerce II;
• Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized Institution; and
